House rules

Check-in y check-out

Check-in is automatic starting at 3 pm with no time limit. A valid and current ID is required for all guests, as this information will be forwarded to law enforcement. Check-out must be by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

Valid documentation

Spaniards: DNI or Passport (a driver's license is not valid) Residents in Spain: NIE or Passport European Nationality: National ID (a driver's license is not valid) UK and rest of the world: Only a passport is valid.

Shared rooms

Treat other guests with respect. Wear headphones when using your computer or tablet and avoid talking on your phone. Please be quiet when entering your room late at night or leaving early in the morning.

Private/Shared Rooms

If you book beds in a shared room for more than one person, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be placed in the same room. If you want to be sure of being in the same room, please book a private room.

Bathrooms

All our private rooms have a private bathroom and shower. Dormitories have shared bathrooms and showers. Remember that other guests may be waiting, so please try to arrive as quickly as possible.

Bed linen and towels

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Daily cleaning is also included, starting at 9 a.m.

Your place

Only use the bed assigned to you. All beds have a reading light, electrical outlets, and storage for your belongings. There is a 50 euro fine if you use a bed not assigned to you.

Ticket Office

Each guest has their own locker in our dorms. We strongly recommend that you store all your belongings in it. You can bring your own lock to secure it.

Public areas

Our work area and café are always open. Guests' friends are not allowed in dormitories/rooms or shared spaces.

Cleaning

Our cleaning team begins cleaning rooms at 9 a.m. Please let them do their job.

No smoking policy

Forum Tarragona is a 100% smoke-free space (including any type of e-cigarette). There is a 100 euro fine for smoking, so please go outside if you want to smoke.

Food and drink

You are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it in designated areas. However, eating and drinking are not permitted in shared rooms.

Pets

Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs. In these cases, a private room must be reserved.

Minors under 18 years of age

Guests under 18 years of age are not allowed in our shared rooms. When booking a private room, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or teacher.
