1. Operator

2. Bookings
Bookings are handled through our booking engine. A booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with your reservation number and access instructions.
3. Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00. Access is automatic and available 24 hours a day with a personal code.
4. Identity documents and guest registration
Every guest must present a valid identity card or passport. Registration data is reported to the competent authorities in accordance with Spanish traveller registration rules.
5. Cancellations and changes
The cancellation terms of the rate selected during booking apply. To change a booking, write to reservas@forumtarragona.com.
6. House rules
The hostel is 100% smoke-free. Breaching the house rules, disturbing other guests' rest or damaging the premises may result in the stay being terminated.
7. Liability
Lockers are available to guests in shared dormitories for their valuables. We are not liable for belongings left outside the lockers or in the common areas.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Tarragona have jurisdiction over any dispute.
